CANCELLATIONS
Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. A cruise may be cancelled due to inclement weather, mechanical problems or insufficient number of passengers. Notification will be made when possible.

Payment is due at the time of making a reservation. No refunds are available, however with notice at least 24 hours in advance a reservation can be moved to another date/time within our current season.

RESERVATIONS
Reservations are required a minimum of 24 hours in advance for all meal cruises and 48 hours in advance for themed cruises. 

PAYMENT
We accept cash, all major credit cards, and personal checks (with proper ID)

Gift shop & ticket office open:
Monday: 10:00am - 3:00pm
Tues–Sat: 10:00am - 4:30pm
Sunday: 10:00am - 3:00pm
